The Town Creek Clinic at FBC South opens on September 3! This clinic will provide free medical care to individuals in the community who do not have insurance. The clinic will operate on Thursdays, beginning at 8AM. The clinic is available by appointment only.

PATIENT INFORMATION
Town Creek Clinic is available only to patients who do not have insurance.
Patients are not required to have any kind of documentation.
If a patient speaks a language other than English, please bring an interpreter.

To make any appointment, you must call the clinic phone number. The clinic phone will not be monitored or responded to until after August 9. As messages will be replied to twice a week, it may take a few days before you receive a response.
