Spiritual Fitness Workout

Good for the body and soul!

All classes taught by Christian instructors with a brief devotional following.

Monday / Wednesday / Friday from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.  

Location:  Education Center


This exercise class is designed for - but not limited to - adults 55 and above.  The class uses hand-held weights ranging from one to eight pounds and elastic tubing to strengthen muscles and improve flexibility.  All exercises can be done standing or sitting in a chair.
